Josh and Paul just finished a great job on fixing my sliding door that had come off the tracks. They always come when I call and will return when they locate a 40 yr. old part for the door. It works fine now but they want to be sure it continues to work. They didn't want payment but when I insisted, they said they would apply it to the next visit doing plumbing. They are always willing to search for parts that save me money and do what it takes to be sure their customers are happy. If a customer isn't happy, he/she must not be communicating with them while they're there.

Superior Service is well named. They returned to put on the part for the sliding glass door and fixed a plumbing problem in record time. If there is a difficult problem to figure out, they are like bulldogs that won't let go until they figure it out. Talk about tenacity! Then they left, honoring what they said last time, that they would apply the little I paid them then to their next visit.

Oh, and Happy Birthday Josh, a little late.

I met Joshua when he was doing some major repairs on my neighbors home as it turned out my home had the same structural problems as did my neighbors home but to a lesser degree.Joshua gave me an estimate and stuck with it even when the job required more work. I probably saved a couple thousand dollars using superior service usa. I would recommend him to anyone because he went above and beyond expected

I'm here just to let anyone know that Josh and Superior Service would go backwards to do anything for any of there customers. After the service they gave to me and my wife, were more than pleased with what they did to our kitchen. The Faux painting job was great. We went through a few colors thanks to my wife but they were very persistent in us getting exactly what we wanted. We also wanted our kitchen light moved to be centered over the table. That would of cost us three to five hundred dollars. Take my word for it we didn't pay near that much at all, not even close. If you don't call that good service I don't know what is. Anything that went on during the job that me or my wife didn't like they were quick to fix it and make sure we did. "ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK THEM" I noticed there was a long negative review on another website in all capitals. I doubt it was legitimate beacuse all I know is Superior Service USA would do anything you ask them to pertaining to the job. Thier number one priority was pleasing us and making sure we were happy. People when you pay someone to do work make sure to put your wants on the table, there not called the "Superior Service mind readers". I've played pro baseball for seven years and these guys are for real when it comes to pleasing the customer. Joshua, just wanted to say thanks and let the HATER"S keep HATING. God-bless and congratulations on the baby.

I found Joshua and his company online one evening during a panicked search for repairs on our rental property, which is 3 hours away from us. He magically called me within 2 minutes of submitting my inquiry and continued to WOW me until the project was complete!!!

I originally contacted him concerning a leak in our bathroom over the bathtub. Joshua visited the house within a couple of days, gave me an estimate that was definitely feasible, and promised that he would stick very close to his estimate. Once I felt comfortable with him, I asked him to check out the remaining issues in the bathroom--very poor water pressure to the shower and soft spots in the floor. He assessed the situation and - despite the tough, tedious job it was bound to be - he once again presented an estimate that was low and practically guaranteed not to increase.

Joshua and his crew began work asap. What we thought would take about one day to complete ended up taking about 3 days (this house was built in the 60s and there were a few unforeseen obstacles). They worked through the weekend and even through one whole night! And guess what? He stuck with his promise, and the price didn't increase one dime.

The next thing I know, my renter is calling me and she was ECSTATIC! Not only had Joshua completed the necessary repairs, but he also gave the bathroom a much-needed facelift...just because! He added wooden crown molding around the bathroom! He installed pretty, waterproof tiling above the bathtub where the leak had been! After replacing the entire subfloor in the bathroom, he installed beautiful, top grade ceramic tile instead of cheap linoleum that I would've settled for!!!! He replaced our old trim with new wooden trim to match the crown molding! And (this is crazy) he installed MARBLE around the doorway! All of this, for the same price I was HAPPY to pay for just the basic repairs I was expecting....I was floored :) He also took the time to email me detailed pictures of the project, since I live too far away to come see it soon.

When I first read these over-the-top reviews, I'll be honest in saying I was kinda skeptical...I even thought that maybe Joshua had his friends and family post those reviews :) But believe what you read! There is nothing about Superior Service USA that isn't 5-star...they were professional, caring, easy to contact, and RIDICULOUSLY reasonably priced. On top of that, Joshua is one of the nicest and ENTHUSIASTIC people I have ever worked with in my entire life! He loves what he does and he loves making his customers HAPPY!

I have sent an email to everyone I know in Springfield letting them know about my amazing experience with Superior Service USA, and I am posting my reviews everywhere I can because I want people to know that there really are trustworthy, talented, thoughtful people out there who are obviously not in it for the money!!

It's really hard to find a Top Rated Contractor that you can trust to perform Quality Work at a Low Price. I must tell you that Superior Service USA Performed Above All My Expectations in Quality and Price. I called on very short notice, actually needed repairs done the next day. I called several different contractors, and only chose those who had high service ratings & reviews. I was kinda surprised because some of the contractors didn't even return my call until several days later when the work was already done. Not only did Superior Service USA get the repairs done the next day but it was half the price of what other contractors quoted. Superior Service USA took the time to offer some cost saving tips that really made a difference. Superior Service USA...You Rate Off The Charts in my book! Thank You So Much!

  The home my Mother has lived in since 1981 was built in the late 70’s by a contractor using standards that would not be fit for a hen house. This being said, as the years have gone by, rapid deterioration and abnormal settling have taken place leading us to the point we found ourselves in about 9 months ago – the center floor support had rotted away and the floor joists were resting on the ground in the crawlspace. The center of the house was sinking; the floors were pulling away from the walls, in some places up to 10 inches; everything on the exterior walls (cabinets, furniture, etc) was leaning inwards; these items had to be secured to the wall and/or propped up.
  
  Despite my best efforts, there are not words that can describe the state of this home.
  
  Not knowing the first thing about building contractors, we looked to friends for referrals. Two referred contractors visited the house for an estimate. The first very politely took measurements, made notes, but never called back. The second took a look at things and said he wouldn’t do a thing without a structural engineer’s plan. Losing hope that anything could be done to the house, we found Superior Services USA.
  After a visit by Joshua Carpenter, we KNEW we were in good hands; while we weren’t exactly sure what he was talking about regarding the specifics of the repair requirements, it was apparent that he did. He presented us with a proposal having a price tag that was much less than the best guesses for cost that others had given us. We accepted the proposal and work begin.
  
  And when I say work began, it BEGAN. In a matter of days, results were obvious. During the re-stabilization phase of our project, Joshua and his crew gave us play by plays as to what was being done. At the end of 3 weeks, Superior Service USA had lifted the entire house by the walls, replaced every piece of wood support/flooring AND returned the house, walls and all, to their original height and location with quality that far exceeds even today’s building standards.
  
  And he had just begun to show us Superior Service . . .
  
  With minimal extra funds, we hoped to also give the house a facelift. When we discussed “phase 2” with Joshua and his crew, we expressed our wishes for: new linoleum flooring, some fresh paint, upgraded heating system; very minimal improvements considering our budget. Joshua would hear nothing of this “linoleum flooring, etc”. He INSISTED on creating a Superior interior living environment.
  One month later, my Mother’s home boasts an entirely new bathroom complete with custom walk in shower, jetted tub, detailed tile work and all new fixtures, along with a window designed to compliment her tastes and beliefs; a bathroom that would satisfy the highest of royalty. The kitchen has also been completely rebuilt . . . all custom cabinetry including detailed tile work for the counter top and backsplash. The linoleum flooring in the house has been replaced by top quality hard wood laminate, custom tile and high grade burber carpet. The almost 30 year old windows have been replaced by high efficiency Pella windows. A French door replaces the living room windows, complete with a deck into the back yard. A fireplace was installed to compliment the heat for the house and add to the overall feng shui.
  
  I could go on and on about all of the intricate details, designed by Joshua and his crew that exceed anything we could have ever dreamed of, but space in this box will not allow it. AND, I am a finance guy, who works with numbers day in and day out and I will NEVER be able to figure out how he worked the numbers/budget to provide what he did with the resources available.

Josh Carpenter of Superior Services and his crew are some of the most caring individuals that work in their field, putting that same caring into the work they did for me. I found all to be very knowledgeable and hard working. Josh surprisingly was somehow tuned into both what I wanted and needed, many times without the need for me to tell him. I had a huge job that needed to be done with a limited budget and Josh worked with me to provide what I needed within that budget. Josh not only made my home safer to live in, but made it a beautiful home that I will look forward to coming home to everyday. Should I need any more work done on or around my home again I will without a doubt give Josh Carpenter a call and would recommend Josh Carpenter with Superior Services as someone you can trust to do a good job in helping you attain your dream home whatever that may be.

  Josh worked on several commercial building projects of mine and he and his crew were outstanding. All my projects were completed on time and within budget and my tenants and condo owners were very pleased with his professionalism. I highly recommend Josh for any project. A real gem

  Wonderful service and results! We hired him to remodel our bathroom and it came out looking like a million bucks!
  He was very attentive to what we wanted and creative about how to get it done within our budget. He was very artistic with the tiling and obviously takes great pride in the quality of his work. Got everything done in a timely manner - no complaints!

We contracted with Joshua to transform an elevated exterior residential deck from the standard wood plank construction which allowed rain and the elements to freely run through, to a weatherproof deck with a tile surface. This transformation has provided us with a dry patio under the elevated deck. The work was started immediately, and completed in exactly the timeframe outlined prior to contract execution. While working on the project, Joshua and his crew had several good suggestions, which we accepted, and are very happy with. The quality is, in our opinion, above average and the cost very fair. We will again call Joshua if we decide to make other improvements.
